One of our partners that is developing a mosquito repellent to be incorporated into our Energy and performance band has been testing very positive! The bands on our website currently have this option and we are currently still developing more effective formulas. Keep up to date on our Facebook, Instagram and our website: thehealthywaves.com

We are past excited about three new formulas we are developing. The highest priority is a mosquito repellent wrist band. And we are keeping the CDC in the loop and getting some good recommendations on how to test.

So far testing is going well. In our business we develop a formula we think will work, then test, then tweak the formula, test, and keep tweaking until we know it works.

Why mosquitoes? When we think of deadly animals, we tend to think of sharks or snakes. But the deadliest animal in the world, in terms of how many people it kills every year, is by far the mosquito. Although estimates vary, some sources believe that mosquitoes are responsible for up to 1 million human deaths per year.
