If today feels heavy…
Know you’re not falling behind.
You’re not doing life wrong.
You’re not meant to carry everything alone.
Sometimes the weight you feel isn’t a lack of motivation —
it’s your nervous system asking for support.
On the hard days, your body doesn’t need you to push harder.
It needs a moment of connection.
A moment of breath.
A moment of grounding.
Even 10 seconds can shift your energy.
Try this with me:
✨ Give yourself a gentle hug (place your right hand under your left armpit, place your left hand on your right shoulder; cross your right first over your left; rotate your upper body to the right)
✨ Inhale slowly through your mouth and exhale (3 times), then inhale through your nose and exhale (3 times)
✨ Exhale longer than you inhale.
✨ Let your shoulders soften
✨ Let your jaw unclench.
✨ Let your body know it’s safe to relax.
Movement + breath work is one of the quickest ways to support your nervous system, especially when the day feels heavier than usual.
You don’t have to do everything today.
You just have to come back to you, even for a moment.
