Parents — don’t fall into the “kids food” trap! 👶🍽️
It’s wild how much pure junk is marketed to us as “kid food.” Unpopular opinion? Maybe. But the truth is — kids don’t need that stuff, and they’re better off without it.
Some real-talk tips:
1️⃣ Skip the packaged, frozen foods with “for kids” on the label.
2️⃣ Let your kids eat what you eat — yes, even at restaurants. Ditch the kids’ menu.
3️⃣ Treats are for treating, not daily rituals. Make sweets special, not standard.
There’s no such thing as “kid food” vs. “adult food” — there’s just real, nourishing food. 🥦🍠🥑
If you’re eating fresh, balanced meals, your little one can — and should — too.
