* I am a Florida licensed massage therapist (MA101439) that started doing massage back in 2003 and have enjoyed my bodywork career since then! I believe in natural healing and the amazing alternative therapies available to people to feel better, think better and to be more balanced and relaxed in their lives.

* I am a Master Certified Health and Life Coach, trained through the Health Coach Institute in the specialized 90 day Transformational Coaching Method to allow our clients to express themselves privately, freely and without judgement. In my programs my clients discover what has been holding them back from feeling healthy, making the money they want, finding the love of their life, creating more creativity and connection in their lives and ultimately discovering more about themselves so they can move forward in a way that feels amazing!

* I am a Certified Crystal Bodyworker & Healer through Evolve Healing Institute. Crystals have been an interest and passion of mine for many years and have now broadened that love to be able to channel and help my clients that are feeling out of alignment within themselves to finally feel more inner peace and be able to heal emotionally. ✏️This year I was asked to make/provide snacks and drinks for the teachers at Wedgefield K-8, instead of chair massages...

✏️This year I was asked to make/provide snacks and drinks for the teachers at Wedgefield K-8, instead of chair massages, so I decided they might like a “spa” inspired snack pack.

🍋There are curry spiced mixed nuts, lemon -lavender almond bar, and a mini biscuit cucumber sandwich with herbed cream cheese. For drinks they enjoyed (mostly 😜) lemon, strawberry, cucumber water, and a green drink spritzer of juiced kale, cucumber, lemon, apple and mango and topped with mango Le Croix.

🍎 Our teachers and school staff work so hard for us to help our kids grow and succeed the best they can. I can’t thank them enough for all they do, and I hope they experience a tiny bit of well deserved care and nurturing with the snack task created for them 😊 Maybe next year timing will work out for massages again!

💚 Thank you to Nicole Freund-Pelletier as well for helping serve and connect with our teachers today. Next time we’ll have to remember to take more pictures hahaha 🤦‍♀️😜
