Can’t believe it’s been a year since this interview with 🫶🏾

I don't think I ever fully shared the article on my page 🫣 so if you haven’t read it yet, the full story is linked in my bio!

This is one of the most detailed interviews I’ve ever done, so if you truly want a deep dive into who I am and my journey, I highly recommend the read!

I’m so happy I stumbled upon this today, as I needed the reminder that I’m here for the marathon, not the sprint ✨️

I find gratitude for each step along the way... the steady progress, the silent wins.

Stepping into entrepreneurship and building Ignite Your Flow hasn’t been linear or easy. The twists, the unexpected turns, and the lessons in patience and trust.

I’m reminded to honor the cycles, trust the timing, and remain open, curious, with a beginner’s mind.

I’m so thankful for the growth, the lessons, and this incredible community that keeps inspiring me and reminding me why I started this work.

Yoga, at its core, is an invitation to connection over comparison, belonging over performance, shared humanity over separation.

Every time I show up authentically, I create space for others to feel seen in wellness, in leadership. I teach in service of what yoga has always been meant to offer, a place to connect, belong, and embrace our shared humanity.

This is your reminder to show up for your ideas, your vision, your commitments, and your community, even when it’s uncomfortable or progress feels invisible.

Registration is now open for our annual Plant Your Intentions gathering on Sunday, 2/8/26 at 10am 🪴

A 90 minute, intimate flow devoted to release, clarity, and conscious preparation for what’s next.

As we move through the final days of the Year of the Snake, a season of truth and letting go, we intentionally prepare for the arrival of the Year of the Horse, bringing movement, alignment, action, and flow.

This experience is an invitation to slow down before momentum builds and plant intentions rooted in clarity, commitment, and consistent action for the year ahead.

• Fire release, breathwork + meditation to call your power back
• Planting seeds + written intentions to symbolize nurturing your goals all year

Light has a way of multiplying when it’s shared 🪔✨

Last year I had the honor of hosting my very first Light + Hope in honor of Diwali & breast cancer awareness.

Together we raised $250 for , directly supporting breast health services and life-saving care right here in our local community 💗

Diwali has always held a special place in my heart. It reminds us that even in the darkest moments, our inner light has the power to rise again and again.

This night was a living reflection of that truth - resilience, remembrance, community, and hope moving as one.

A reminder your light doesn’t need to be loud to be bright.

It can be soft, steady, and fiercely radiant in its subtleness.

Through practice and collective care, we allow that light to illuminate from within - not just for ourselves, but for the greater good.

I’m deeply grateful to be able to share the deeper meaning of Diwali within my Monday practice and even more grateful that our collective light could support such a meaningful cause.

Thank you to every soul who showed up, flowed, donated, and shined.

Thank you for being part of this community and this moment.
