FLOW FOR A CAUSE | Sunrise Yoga at the I Am Enough 5K 🧘🏾‍♀️💜✨️

Join me at St. Cloud Lakefront Park on Saturday, May 2nd for sunrise yoga by the water 🌅

We’ll move intentionally, breathe deeply, and anchor into the truth that brought us here: YOU are enough, WE are enough 🫶🏾

This all-levels flow is designed to help you arrive in your body, quiet the mind, and start the morning grounded in presence before the energy of the day unfolds.

This is more than just a morning flow…this is more than just a run…it’s a movement!

The I Am Enough 5K exists to uplift the mission of empowering women. Funds generated from this event support programs for women facing health challenges, infertility, and unexpected life paths, reminding them that even in the midst of it all, THEY ARE ENOUGH 🔥

Every step taken that morning becomes part of something bigger: a declaration of STRENGTH, RESILIENCE, and SELF-WORTH. A shared commitment to women knowing their value and standing confidently in it.

After yoga, stay for a full morning of community and connection including the 5K, vendors market, music, Zumba, raffles, and more.

🎟 Check-in begins at 5:30 AM
🏃🏾‍♀️ Race starts at 7:00 AM

Yoga will take place during the early morning hours before the race kicks off so arrive early and don't forget to bring your mat!

New friendships were made, everyone felt special during the private shopping experience, and we were spoiled with beauty samples, goodies, and snacks.

Being able to pour into the people who have poured into me so unconditionally over the years especially through my own journey of finding myself again and building Ignite Your Flow is a gift I will never take lightly! 🧘🏾‍♀️
