Health tip of the day. Fiber supplementation of 25 g per day has the best evidence for decreasing hemorrhoid symptoms including bleeding, pain and itching.
For reference, half a cup of edamame has 9 g of fiber. 5 g are in a cup of broccoli, 4 g in a cup of fresh blueberries. 3-4 g in an apple, depending on the size. 🍎🥦🫘😋
