We had a great experience of this Urgent Care. My friend had a pretty bad food poisoning episode throughout the night and we were hoping to find a place where we could get IV fluids and some Zofran but the majority of Urgent Care centers around the Universal hotels area do not provide IV fluids. When we called and we were told that no Urgent Care establishments provides IV fluids. We work in healthcare so we know otherwise. Luckily we found this establishment with a fantastic doctor and fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. We highly recommend if you are in the area and find yourself in need!
I want to add a special “thank you” to the lady at the reception desk who picked up our call and was so professional and friendly. She is the gatekeeper who inspired us to trust taking the trip to this establishment. Thank you!
