🔹Lost Identity: when we continue to neglect our needs, desires, and dreams, we risk losing sight of who we are.
🔹 Disconnected Relationships: Neglecting our needs can hinderourability to form deep, meaningful connections, as we may struggle with setting boundaries or expressing ourselves authentically.
🔹Resentment: Internalizing our unmet needs can lead to growing resentment towards ourselves and others, creating a toxic cycle that hampers our overall happiness.

Let's unveil the signs of Burnout ⚠️💔

🔹 Exhaustion: When our body is weary, it's time to pause and recharge.

🔹 Lack of Motivation: The inability to want to do anything you would do in your daily routine and hide away from the world.

🔹 Feeling more irritable: the mood swings and sense of detachment. Emotions call for acknowledgment and self-compassion.

🔹 Depression: Sometimes you might experience a deep sense of despair and emptiness. Feelings of sadness and hopelessness.

🔹 Increased Stress + Anxiety: Having racing thoughts, restlessness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating is common when continuously being exposed to burnout.

This is your body’s way of sending you warning signals that you need to take a minute and assess what’s going on and what needs you’re neglecting yourself of.
