🎶 CommUNITY Fueled by her own life’s path and healing journey, Nikki Reichart is a passionate crusader on a mission: encouraging others to delve into introspective practices to honor the mind, body, and spirit. She provides a safe space for people to immerse themselves in the ever-present moment of now, surrendering fully to the opportunity to simply “BE.” While tapping into intuitive guidance, clairsentient gifts, trauma-informed protocols, and altruistic intention, she holds space for others while encouraging connection to Self through the modalities of therapeutic sound healing, meditation, breathwork, yoga, aromatherapy, ice baths, ecstatic dance and other somatic release exercises. Nikki is the owner of SYZYGY, an Orlando-based healing studio, which offers one-on-one customizable experiences, group sound healing journeys, yoga classes with sonic-vibrational assists, transformational and gentle breathwork, a variety of workshops & ceremonies, drum circles, sound healing practitioner certification & niche trainings, in addition to packages for retreats, corporate wellness events, and other private functions for both intimate and large groups. SYZYGY’s immersive sound healing journey is a multifaceted sensory experience infused with tactile physical sonic-vibrations, optional aromatherapy, energy clearing, and more… invoking far more than just the audible sense. Nikki utilizes her voice, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, Native American flutes, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, tuning forks and other instruments in the room & around the attendees. SYZYGY’s sound healing sessions combine intention, principles of sound healing, vibrational treatments, frequencies, intuition, energy work and other divine gifts. For your personal wellness practice or holistic practitioner needs, SYZYGY also stocks hand-hammered, 7-metal singing bowls shipped directly from Kathmandu, Nepal. REMO drums, djembe drums, tuning forks, mallets, other instruments, eclectic creations and goods are available for purchase on site and will soon be available for shipment. Since February 2020, SYZYGY has organically grown into a premier therapeutic sound healing establishment, primarily due to word-of-mouth referrals by clients that are reaping the vast array of benefits and experiencing transformations during and after sessions. Nikki and SYZYGY’s team of practitioner trainees have had the pleasure of facilitating group sound journeys at retreats, hotels, resorts, conventions, county schools, universities, yoga studios, holistic centers, massage training schools, city parks, private residences, and various other venues. They have even facilitated a 130-person sound journey on the top floor of a beachside hotel (talk about a room with a view!)
When she is not playing with frequencies, vibrations, and sounds, you will find Nikki connecting to Mother Earth, creating art, building things in her workshop, or savoring a perfect cup of Café con Leche alongside her fur baby, Shiva.
