Open enrollment for 2023 insurance starts on November 1. Enroll by December 15, 2022, for coverage that starts January 1, 2023. We currently accept BCBS (BlueOptions, BlueChoice, Traditional PPS/PHS, FEP, State Employees, Advantage 65), FL Medicare, Straight FL Medicaid, Multiplan, HealthySmart, and Tricare. In addition, we just signed the contract with Sunshine, so we highly anticipate accepting Ambetter Sunshine and Sunshine Medicaid in 1-2 months. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Great news. We just signed the contract with Sunshine, so we will start accepting Ambetter and Sunshine Medicaid once credentialing goes thru. This can take 1-2 months. You may switch to Ambetter and Sunshine Medicaid soon if you want to be seen here starting January 2023. we also take BCBS PPO blue option and network blue, Multiplan, Heathysmart, FL Medicare, and straight FL Medicaid.

We are excited to share that our office's grand opening will be on 09/15. We are now accepting new patients. The primary care visit cost starts at $65, so it's affordable compared to other offices. Please share with anyone you know because it's a great price for people who have or don't have insurance and looking to be seen on the same day. We also provide services in men's health and weight loss. Our new updated website should be available soon. We still are offering house call services off office hours.
