As a Certified Athletic Trainer, he plays a key role in patient care—assisting with evaluations, injury prevention, and post-operative recovery. His clinical insight helps bridge the gap between patients and providers, ensuring each person receives the highest level of care.

Active recovery which includes a lot of walking, light running and rehabilitation. A few rehab methods might include:
