Your body speaks to you ALL of the time and I can prove it!
Start with noticing how you feel after you eat a meal or eat anything at all.
Do you feel:
energised,
light,
heavy,
gassy,
bloated?
All of these signals are examples of how your body speaks to you.
However this is just the 101 level of body communication.
If you can remember this one thing, symptoms are messengers.
Your body speaks in symptoms, feelings , conditions, illnesses, just to name a few.
Your job is to learn how your body speaks to YOU.
