Here's a tip to help if you're every experiencing intrusive thoughts!
"Intrusive thoughts" are a type of unwanted, distressing content (images, suggestions/ideas, memories, etc.) which suddenly present themselves to the mind; they are experienced by everyone from time to time, often during periods of stress, but can become a frequent part of daily life for those with severe anxiety disorders, such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
