Flourish in Place Home Care Solutions offers free in-home assessments, so we can match the unique needs of our clients and their families to specially selected companions and home helpers. All our caregivers undergo finger printing and a Level 2 background screening through the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement databases. They are W-2 employees who are fully bonded and insured. Our Registered Nurse and Certified Senior Care Managers develop care plans to keep clients safe and well-nourished, while also helping to feed their bodies, minds, and spirits. Our unique Brain Care Program is one way we fulfill our mission for two segments of the aging population: People with or experiencing dementia, and cognitively healthy seniors seeking to maintain brain health. We provide a Masters-level counselor (Brain Care Coach) who is experienced in supporting individuals experiencing varying forms and degrees of cognitive impairment. We develop brain care plans that vary depending on a client's individual interests, life history, cognitive strengths and weaknesses, level of impairment, and form and phase of dementia. Our "family room" application helps families stay abreast of all developments on a real time basis. We specialize in helping families find solutions to pay for the appropriate level of care.
