Wowee, CPY is 23!

We're all part of this incredible journey.

What an adventure CPY has been! There are not enough words or paper to describe all the CPY adventures, from mind-blowingly difficult to euphoric. Yoga reminds us that life is beautiful and blissful, and yoga practice is about accepting life challenges. It also helps us open the gateway to continuous euphoric living!

What makes CPY CPY is you, our community. Your presence and support have been instrumental in our journey.

We are always up for being here for you, and we do everything in our power to ensure you have an experience of yoga that allows you to navigate the beauty, tragedies, and joys of life with grace and loving support.

As I was gazing at the sunset, and I realized that the way the sunset makes me feel is the same way I felt when Indra slept in her large, cushy bed. There was such a happy, warm, loving feeling like the chaos of the world was pausing in the colors of the sun.

Indra’s angel wings were feeling tight in her little body. She needed to give them room to open and fly. She soared into the sunset. Today, she reveals herself through the sunset colors, especially the blue and pink kind. She would be delighted if you could capture a sunset this week and share it.
