We invite you to participate in an online survey aimed at identifying high-priority topics for the development of the Holographic Augmentative and Alternative Communication (HAAC) Library.

The HAAC Library will include vivid, life-sized videos that focus on sharing the lived experiences of adults who use AAC. Our goal is to develop the HAAC Library as a training tool for providers in healthcare and related professions, to improve the quality of care for adults who use AAC.

We are seeking input from individuals across a variety of roles, including:

• Adults who use AAC
• Caregivers or care partners of adults who use AAC
• Healthcare professionals practicing in community settings
• College educators in healthcare and related fields

Your perspective is essential. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you are interested in participating in a follow-up interview. If you say yes, you will be asked to provide contact information to be contacted for the virtual 60-minute video recorded interview. Your responses will help shape future training efforts and ultimately support more inclusive, effective healthcare for people who use AAC.

Requirements to Participate in the Research:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be able to complete survey and interview questions in English.
• You must have internet access to complete the online survey using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• If you elect to participate in the follow-up focus group, you must agree to be audio-video recorded.
