30+ Women’s Caregiver Support Group
For Young Women Caregivers
Being a caregiver to a loved one can be one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles in life, and doing so as a woman under 40 brings its own unique set of experiences. This support group is designed specifically for women 30 and older who are providing care to family members or loved ones. Whether you’re looking after a parent, spouse, child, or relative, you don’t have to go through this journey alone.
What the Group Offers:
Emotional Support: Share your experiences, frustrations, and triumphs in a safe, understanding space.
Coping Strategies: Learn effective methods to manage stress, set boundaries, and take care of yourself while caring for others.
Connection with Peers: Build relationships with other women who truly understand the challenges of caregiving. You’ll be surrounded by others who are facing similar situations.
Practical Resources: Gain insight into managing day-to-day tasks, navigating caregiving duties, and accessing available resources that can help lighten the load.

You’ll leave each meeting feeling more empowered and equipped to handle the ups and downs of caregiving.
Through the support and wisdom of other women in similar situations, you’ll discover strategies that work for you and find renewed hope and strength.
