We can help you recover more quickly from neck or back back pain even though you have a herniated disk.

Dr. Shims video does a great job explaining how herniated disc‘s can heal on their own in most instances. The structural work that we do at the office can greatly enhance your body‘s natural healing process to recover more quickly. We balance your structure to take the strain off of the disk so that it can heal much more quickly and also work on taking the strain pattern out of the area that’s causing the disks to be compressed in the first place leading to the herniation. This helps our clients find long-term relief from chronic pain related to herniated disks. We also help clients with fusion surgery that are still in pain because we address the strain pattern causing the initial injury that transferred to the disks above and below the fusion.

One of the great tools we have to help boost the brains natural filtration system is called the frontal  occipital decompression technique or “the big pump”.

I have many clients that request the pump to help with sinus pressure, sinusitis, headaches, recovery from anesthesia, and past concussions .

I think you’ll find the attached video very informative as to what happens to the brain from a concussion or other type of trauma.

I think it makes more sense after watching the video to see why the frontal occipital decompression would be helpful using the brain’s own systems to flush out inflammation and return more normal flow of cerebral spinal fluid around the brain to reduce the symptoms associated with those injuries.

We treat foot pain! Commonly referred to as
