Come join Cynthia Koerner in a Breath & Pelvic Floor Prep Workshop!
✨ Learn how to properly breathe with the diaphragm and pelvic floor moving in unison.
✨ Get familiar with your pelvis and the deeper muscles of the pelvic floor and how you can move and stretch them in preparation for Childbirth.
✨ This first class is FREE and if there is interest it will become a weekly drop in class.
✨ Bring: A drink and snack for yourself, yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothes. Class will be 90 minutes.
