Couples and Relationship Counseling Stephanie Simms earned her Masters Degree in Counseling from Webster University in Orlando, Florida in 2012.

Through a combination of therapeutic techniques and skills, we can work together to identify limiting beliefs and outmoded coping mechanisms that may be standing in your way. During her graduate study she worked at a Crisis Support Unit with clients diagnosed with Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She facilitated individual an

d group counseling to include topics such as communication, self-esteem, and building support groups. Stephanie spent many years working to compliment her innate desire to help people by earning her Counseling degree. Stephanie is a wife, mother and veteran. She has been married for 35 years and has two sons and served 20 years in the Air Force. In addition to mentoring others on personal and professional development, she embraced learning about the diverse communities of which she lived and visited during her service. She has the unique perspective of the military family, culture and lifestyle. Her desire to learn and understand others coupled with her passion for helping people has been the cornerstone of her desire to become a counselor. Stephanie is excited to work with individuals, families, couples or groups. She is very motivated to help clients with self-esteem, navigating relationships and healthy coping skills allowing them to elevate to a place of personal fulfillment and healthy functioning. While utilizing her eclectic therapeutic techniques, her goal is to help clients overcome those challenges getting in the way of living a more fulfilled life.

We wrapped up the Masters Events Trauma Conference in Oxford, UK with a well-deserved celebration!

I’m deeply honored to have served as the Lead Consultant for this incredible team. The feedback about our work has been overwhelmingly positive.

I’m especially grateful for my team, who consistently went above and beyond. Their dedication and creativity were truly inspiring.

Cheers to the Masters Events Trauma Conference 2025 for allowing me the space to lead with vision and creativity — without pause. I’m thankful and proud of what we accomplished together!

Facilitated a Seven Principles workshop for couples, where it's all about healthy communication, connection and growth. Being present to experience tangible transformation after a significant, "knowledge drop" is priceless.

This one was specifically for young adults. I told them, "this is better than date night!".

I am genuinely honored to serve as the Lead Consultant for the Volunteer Therapist Support Team at Europe’s largest trauma, mental health and wellbeing conference — the 2025 Masters Events Conference in Oxford, UK.

In this role, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with volunteer therapists from around the globe. Their passion, humility, and dedication to the field are truly seismic.

I’m excited and ready to help cultivate an extraordinary support team as we come together to serve this powerful and transformative event.
