MISSION STATEMENT:
I will help educate, motivate and support my clients with a positive attitude in areas of Health and Fitness. I will be organized in planning a valuable fitness/eating program, and will provide clear directions and realistic feedback. I will help my clients plan and obtain measurable, realistic goals and optimize their chance for a successful experience. I will inspire a lifestyle of Wellness and provide options towards seeking "affordable care", not just from a doctor, but as a trained personal fitness expert. I will support and inspire my clients in adopting a healthy-eating lifestyle by planning weekly meals to meet their nutritional needs. I will be a devoted lifetime learner in the areas of fitness, nutrition and wellness. I will inspire people to change their lives by becoming more physically active and educate them on nutritional food choices. And, with my clients' approval I will highlight, promote and share their personal stories and achievements through various social media such as Facebook in hopes to inspire others and create a sense of importance, significance and tremendous accomplishments in their lifetime. As Iron Will Training, I am a nationally certified personal trainer who cares about each of my clients' well-being. I stay up on the latest fitness trends and I always go above and beyond to make sure my clients are satisfied with their customized programs and results. What sets me apart is that I plan personalized progressive training programs according to someone's fitness levels and goals. I work with everyone including teens, seniors, with weight loss/management needs and clients with medical conditions/special needs. I am very passionate about what I do and committed to my client's goals.
