This is number three, but it could also easily be number one. The experience and enthusiasm our coaches bring to their workouts is vital to the energy of our gym. All of our coaches have versatile backrounds and certifications to make sure your fitness is covered in all areas. They are there to support, motivate and share knowledge with you. 4. Low Member to Coach Ratios. We’ll tell you why. Because you can go to the gym any day of the week and workout by yourself. You can go to other gyms and typically have a 20:1 ratio of members to coaches. You’ll get some attention from their coaches, sure. But we NEVER go over a 20:1 ratio, and we rarely go that high. Our training is “Group training in a personalized setting." We want to know you personally (in a good way!). Remember you will not find treadmills or machines here, but that is because YOU ARE THE MACHINES! So come on in and -
