Save yourself money and excess unhealthy calories from store bought "pumpkin" donuts, lattes, smoothies and pie and try this yummy recipe! Made as is, this one is a winner for those with gluten-sensitivity or on a paleo diet. If coconut flour or oil is not in your pantry, experiment with oat, almond, quinoa or whole wheat pastry, using 1 egg to ½ cup flour. Exchange applesauce for the oil and even maple syrup for honey!
