I help children manage challenges affecting performance in school, such as ADHD, test anxiety, or perfectionism. I work with parents and children struggling with difficult behaviors, such as showing defiance or disrespect. I will support you or your child in coping with changes in the family, such as divorce or loss of a loved one. I can help you or your child develop a greater sense of self-worth and the ability to effectively communicate with family members and peers. Every young adult and child can reach his or her full potential - I’m to help you and your family feel confident, successful, and to live your most fulfilling life.

All emotions are okay. It can be difficult, but it’s important to move through our own discomfort in seeing our children or others we care about upset, and quiet our own urges to fix things. If we simply show up and validate others’ experiences, we are able to take difficulties and make them opportunities to connect, which ultimately strengthens our relationships. 💚

Being specific is so much more affirming and empowering, but sometimes hard to think of in the moment. Love this list!
