🧠 July is BIPOC Mental Health Month — a vital time to affirm that our healing is not only necessary, it is powerful.
Dr. Maya Angelou once wrote: “Nobody, but nobody can make it out here alone.”
These words remind us that connection is essential — we never walk alone. Our pain, our joy, our survival — they are woven into a legacy of strength that spans generations. But strength is not the absence of struggle — mental health matters in our communities. And so do rest, support, and speaking our truth.
This month, we invite you to:
🔹 Prioritize your well-being
🔹 Break the stigma around therapy and mental health care
🔹 Uplift others by checking in, holding space, and sharing resources
🔹 Honor those who came before you by taking care of yourself today
You stand on the shoulders of giants. Let’s make sure the next generation stands even taller.
