Elevate Yoga Therapy Welcome to the Elevate Yoga Therapeutics page. As part of the EYC Community this page is created to bring you more info on how to create optimal health

All sessions are one on one. Each yoga therapy session is tailored to the students specific needs. The length of sessions depend on the students age and ability. The average session will last an hour, but may be longer. Early intervention sessions for infants & toddlers can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
