During these times it can be difficult to incorporate physical activity for children! Especially with the majority of things being virtual now a days, kids are sitting around wayyy more then usual ! 🧐🤭

Follow along with this workout from the comfort of your home! It’s a great opportunity to bond and get active with your family 😜

HELLO to all families and friends of UCF DPT Activity Day!

We are so sad that AD 2020 wasn't able to take place this Spring, but we have a few special surprises coming to you all VERY SOON 😊

The DPT class of 2021 will be putting together FUN videos for kiddos to stay active and healthy while staying safe in the comfort of your home! These videos will include activities such as dancing/exercise/yoga & more.🤩

We will be following UCF's announcements on when we are able to host events on campus again (will most likely be around summer semester when we hear back about events on campus). Due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, UCF DPT has decided to postpone Activity Day 2020 until further notice. We value the safety of all children & families and understand the higher risk for those with medical complexity. We are hoping to reschedule the event to a later date pending university announcements. Thank you all so much for your involvement thus far! We apologize for any inconvenience. Stay well!
