This young patient was involved in a car accident yet his MRI study was negative for any disc lesions. Despite months of medical treatment he still remained symptomatic. He was then referred to our facility for further evaluation. We performed our study and found he had significant injury (alteration of motion segment integrity) to his spine that was not detected on the MRI. In fact the most significant spinal injury that can occur is not detected on MRI. Having the proper ligament studies and evidence makes a difference with:

✅Better clinical outcomes by knowing the exact location and severity of spinal injury.

✅Better case value outcomes by objectively documenting this commonly missed injury.
