At Rock Steady Boxing. we strive to provide the best Parkinson's training and education for our new and existing affiliate coaches. Our new coaches complete a rigorous 11-hour online training certification as well as a 1-2 day in-person skills lab. They do all of this because they are passionate about serving people with Parkinson disease in their communities.

The RSB training camp is proud to be one of three exercise programs accredited by the Parkinson's Foundation

We are here to help people with Parkinson's and exercise professionals who want to further their Parkinson's exercise knowledge.

FYI, several of our boxers have had reactions to the second dose of the Covid vaccine....their symptoms become much worse for at least 24 hours! They report falls and pain in their body.

Rock Steady Boxing of Central Florida would like to pay tribute to two of the bravest men we have known; these warriors lost their battle with PD, but will remain in our hearts forever. God bless them and their families. It was an honor to know them.
