September 11th 2001. No one can forget this date. My mind goes back to where I was as everyone does. It was shocking, awful and almost incomprehensible.
We shall never forget and keep those we know directly affected by this in our thoughts and prayers always.

Super full moon 🌕. Now is the time to release that fear and anxiety. Sending prayers to all those who need them right now. Including those who have to keep working through this and those medical workers on the frontline providing care to our beloved families. Stay safe and believe we will get through this. What a closing party! Last night at the studio and we were lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful souls. Of course, not all of our wonderful community of friends and family could make it and were missed but we still reminisced and enjoyed the company of beautiful beings. Love you all and now onto the next chapter still very much WITH this community! Retreats and trainings are coming up!!

Well, this is the last week for the studio, but please do watch out for some pop-up classes in February still at the studio.
We will be running trainings and retreats in the near future... so stay tuned!
But for now, join us for classes this week and we have our closing party on Friday Jan 31st. Hope to see you all there!

Well the time is coming soon to say farewell to our beautiful space. We will be closing on the 31st January 2020. As we step into the new decade, many transformations are happening, many new opportunities will be coming our way....
We have enjoyed the studio and the many family members who have come and gone and those who have been with us throughout. We will always still be here just changing the way we do things...
