We have FLU SHOTS available!
Head to your Patient Portal from a desktop computer to schedule your child’s flu shot appointment today!
HELPFUL SCHEDULING TIPS:
- Accessing the portal from a desktop computer often works better than a smartphone for online scheduling.
- When scheduling your appointment online, please ensure to select a FLU SHOT VISIT under “reason for visit” and select in blue "Discover other providers from Privia Medical Group" as this will filter all available appointment slots with our nurses.
- Flu shots are typically five-minute visits, Monday thru Friday.
- When scheduling for a family, please be sure to look for open consecutive time slots for appointments and flip portal accounts to schedule the other family members.
- If there are not enough spots available together for your family, please select another date.
- If you wish to add a parent, or have any trouble, please send us a portal message or email and we are happy to help!

As some of you may already know, our longtime nurse, Ebony Ingram, is wrapping up her journey with us at Middleton Pediatrics. While we will certainly miss her, we are so grateful for her wonderful care for our patients for so many years. In addition to joining us in wishing her the best in this next chapter of her life, please see the following message from Ebony to you!

Dear Wonderful Patients,
After 15 unforgettable years as your nurse, it's time for me to hang up my sneakers, (just kidding sneakers will always be on my feet) and oh, what a journey it’s been! I’ve given shots, listened to stories, celebrated milestones, and shared more laughs than I can count.
Being your nurse has been one of the greatest honors of my life. You’ve trusted me not just with the health of your child, but with your hearts. Whether you were in for a quick visit or something more serious, you allowed me to be a small part of your world, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
Thank you for allowing me to serve you, for making me laugh, and for sharing your lives with me. I am a better person because of all of you.
So this isn’t goodbye, it’s just a heartfelt see you around.
