I'd say this is one of those things I can have trouble with at times. "I got it, I got it, I got it... Uh oh don't got it." Call it perfectionism, call it procrastination, call it ego, call it not wanting to bother someone. But asking for help is a win, not a loss. It shows a certain level of awareness.

Located inside of the Corrine Drive Counseling Center. We are in the Audubon Park neighborhood, conveniently located in the center of Orlando. I'm a big believer in wins, and tracking/cataloging/being aware of those wins. Keeping track of the good deeds, personal achievements, and new experiences can go a long way. There's a tendency to turn on ourselves and talk negative to ourself. Instead FLIP IT!, And try thinking of what you have accomplished. You may just begin to shift the mindset.
