Let's start your journey to a new you.
Irene Smith said it best "Touch was never meant to be a luxury, It is a basic human need. It is an action that validates life and gives hope to both the receiver and the giver."
I do what I do, because I love the feeling it gives me to be able to send healing and relief into another person. Touch alone can heal. The body has a remarkable way of self healing, it just needs a little motivation, which is where massage comes in.
A little bit about me:
I am Licensed for Massage Therapy. My license will always be available for viewing. My license number is MA88136 and I am able to practice in 47 states, and I chose Florida which is home.
I found out about massage through chiropractic care I was given due to an accident. I loved the idea that I was being healed purely by touch. It was all natural and I was grateful I did not have to remember to take medicine. Years later I decided to go to school for massage therapy and just became even more passionate about it. Through the program the fascination grew and I knew I had a definite career. I'm a firm believer that touch can heal the body, so here i am, licensed and ready to start on your journey to a new you.
What to expect:
Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much sitting/standing. Our muscle has a memory, so when were constantly repeating the same movements the muscle remembers that and refers pain if you move the wrong way or try to move in a different way. For example, a stiff neck. I’ve put a few modalities together with a medium pressure to create what I call a “hybrid Swedish”. I also use a different method with my deep tissue work, you’ll have to schedule to find out.
I also have experience with sports massage. Sports massage comes in two settings
Pre-event, fast paced, which warms up the muscles getting them pumped and ready for action, this prepares the muscles for what they are about to do, simply by stimulating them prior to the action this technique will help to prevent injuries, and cramping.
Post-event, slow paced, which will slow the muscle down and prevent any after action cramping and alleviate current and future soreness. If you have a sports event coming up, lets schedule a massage for pre and post event as they are a package.

Each cancellation will be noted on your account. You will be allowed 3 cancellations. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
