𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 🚨
A few years ago, before PT school, I started this page with the goal of helping others navigate fitness and rehab.
I never expected it to take off the way it did, especially during the pandemic.
That journey opened my eyes to business.
Over the past few years, I’ve built and scaled multiple companies across different industries, and while the work is starting to pay off, there’s still so much more to build.
With that said, I’ll be stepping away from this page for a while. Creating fitness content at the level needed to grow in this saturated space just isn’t realistic for me right now.
But this isn’t goodbye.
I’ve brought on a top-tier editing team, and we’re working behind the scenes. are also hoping to get back to creating some more footage.
When the time is right, I’ll be back—bigger and better.
I can’t thank you all enough for the support. This page changed my life, and I’ll always be grateful for where it all started.
