I’ve been having chronic shoulder/neck pain from workouts and sports for the past 5 years and never seem to have found a way to properly mitigate it even through massages from other therapists. Been coming to Tony for a few times now, he’s very detailed oriented and approaches treating the body from a wholistic standpoint and have explained to me possible factors that could’ve contributed to the pain and gave me ways during my day to day to work on to be pain free. Always leave my sessions feeling much better, highly recommend.

Each session will be a unique experience. No two are the same. Each appointment begins with listening — to your concerns, your history, and what your body is doing that day. From there, my work is intentional, unhurried, and specific to what you need in that moment.
No repeats. No cookie-cutter routine. No rushing—just thoughtful, results-focused care.

Neck and shoulder pain is often less about the neck itself and more about stress, posture, and how the nervous system is holding tension.
Focusing only on the sore spot may bring temporary relief, but lasting change usually comes from addressing the larger pattern. My Neck, Should and Back massage session focuses specifically on the neck, shoulders, and back to relieve tension, ease muscle tightness, and improve circulation. This session addresses the entire shoulder girdle including the sides and front of the body, not just the back of the neck and shoulders.

Deep tissue massage doesn’t have to hurt to work: Effective deep work is about precision, timing, and listening to the nervous system — not forcing pressure. When the body feels safe, it releases more fully, and the results tend to last longer.
Pain isn’t a requirement for progress.

I work with people who are dealing with chronic pain, stress, burnout, and the physical impact of life experiences.
My approach blends clinical massage therapy with whole-person awareness. That means I’m not just working on muscles — I’m paying attention to posture, breathing, nervous system stress, and long-held tension patterns.
Deep work doesn’t have to be painful to be effective. My goal is sustainable relief, improved mobility, and helping the body feel safe enough to let go.

EDUCATION
I am a graduate of The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC. The school is known for having a strong holistic teaching regimen with a balance of Eastern and Western modalities, giving students a well-rounded education. My health coaching certification is with The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute I am an honorably discharged veteran of the US Army where I served in the Medical-Corp. I also earned a business & marketing degree from the Art Institute of Dallas.
EXPERIENCE
While in massage school I was able to work for the retreat center associated with the school, The Center for Natural Health. There I was exposed to providing varied holistic treatments for clients, which included; various treatments for clients dealing with mental health issues, stress, physical pain, nutritional needs and those dealing with addiction. I was fortunate to see how massage, incorporated with other natural modalities helps people return to sustainable health. I seek to create a welcoming experience and to assist my clients in their journey to full health. In my massage I have a strong desire to help my clients get back to health so that they may regain their freedom of movement, and live without pain.
PERSONAL
I chose to enter the massage field after a mysterious debilitating issue plagued me for many years. After many procedures, bone scans, x-rays, MRI’s etc. it was the natural healing modalities; massage, acupuncture and chiropractic that rejuvenated my life. Massage specifically helped me regain my ability to move and to once again play softball, volleyball and to do the other things I enjoyed. Massage, along with Chiropractic care and Acupuncture, restored my zest for life. My personal experience with pain allows me to truly empathize with my clients.
