Every so often, I get asked: "why do I need liposuction with my body contouring surgery?"

Liposuction is an amazing tool and is used in over 99% of my operations to enhance the area we are working on. Fat doesn't naturally distribute evenly, so to get the most aesthetic, contoured result, liposuction is required to remove unwanted fat along with the excisional procedure being performed.

Are you a male who wants a more toned chest?

This patient lost over 300 pounds (not a typo!) and had loose skin of the chest and abdomen. We performed body contouring of the chest and abdomen to include excision of loose skin on the chest, fat transfer to the chest and pectoralis muscle to give him a more masculine appearance, and a fleur-de-lys abdominoplasty with VASER liposuction for contouring.

On the other positive side, fat transfer involves doing liposuction of areas for harvesting, which can give you a slimmer silhouette or get rid of stubborn areas of fat.

What is SAFE lipo?

It is a technique designed by Dr. Simeon Wall Jr. that involves 3 steps: Separation, Aspiration, and Fat Equalization. We often use this technique when doing liposuction to enhance results and decrease the risk of contour abnormalities! Watch the video to find out more!

How long has subfascial breast augmentation been around?

I've been doing this technique EXCLUSIVELY for 7+ years now. Patients have a much faster recovery, less downtime, less disruption to their anatomy (to put an implant under the muscle requires cutting your chest wall muscle!), and is easier to replace or revise in the future.

Another lower body lift! Check out our signature high definition lower body lift with buttock augmentation (BBL).

Not all BBLs are about being overly large. In massive weight loss patients, often the buttocks have lost volume and are sagging. So, in addition to a lift, they need some volume back to restore their natural shape.

On the front side, we did a tummy tuck with liposuction to give her some definition.

Additionally, a lower body lift includes an outer thigh lift.

We do this procedure at least once a month - up to 3-4 in the same month sometimes - which is more than most surgeons do in a year!!!
