Tip of the morning number 6- sorry its been a while with the holidays and all the finals and work but back on the grind with some meal pointers! Breakfast should be eaten around an hour before you workout if that is when you work out and should consist of an easy to digest protein such as some egg whites and an egg a small portion of carbs such as oats and a fruit! Lets all get back on the grind from these holidays!!

Tip of the morning to you #5
-when it comes to meals weather it be a meal or a snack always have your protein intake the highest! This is because it will keep you fuller longer and during the digestion process it is less likely to be turned to fat! It also aids with muscle growth!! Have a spectacular day!!

Tip of the Morning to you #4
-While I was at the gym this morning doing chest I saw this guy next to me trying to push up 315 but his body was going all over the place and back is arched! My point is it is much better to have good form and control the weight rather than do weight you cant handle! You will actually get a much better workout and isolate those muscles that you are targeting! And above all not get hurt! Now lets get to the gym!!

Health Tip of the Morning #4
-This is also relating to Nutrition. As opposed to your first meal and after workout meal where you are to eat a lot of carbohydrates your final meal of the day should be low to none in complex carbohydrates if your goal is to lose weight! You can however have simple carbs such as greens! This is because carbs are your body's energy source and when you go to bed you are not burning any energy so your body will store those carbs as fat cells! Now go have a fantastic day!!!

Health Tip of the Morning #3
-I want to discuss nutrition a bit! Now anyone can hit the gym for a bit and put work in but dont you want to see the results? Nutrition is the key aspect in seeing the results! So to start off every meal must include protein! Protein will keep you fuller longer and also is essential for building muscle! When sitting down for a meal this should be the biggest portion on your plate and not carbs as we previously were taught in the old food pyramid!!
So all you athletes out there eat your protein :)

Health tip of the Morning to You #2
-Remember you must get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep a night 8 is really ideal! This is when your body grows and repairs itself! Between the hours of 2am and 5 am are the most important because this is when you enter the deepest of REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement) now everyone get your sleep!

-Upon waking up in the morning this should be one of your two biggest meals of the day. You should have a fair amount of complex carbs if you are going to have a heavy workout along with some protein. Your other biggest meal should be within a hour after your workout!! -life
