Last month, we gathered in person for our company meeting, and one of the most meaningful parts of the day was our peer-led Voice of the Associate round table discussions—an idea brought to life by our President, Bobbi Henson, and Executive VP of Human Resources, Nancy Rudella.

Every team member had the chance to share, listen, and connect in a way that reminded us why our culture is so special. These conversations weren’t just about strategy—they were about lifting each other up, finding new ways to collaborate, and making sure every voice was heard.

It was energizing to step away from our daily routines, spend time face-to-face with coworkers, and walk away with a stronger sense of purpose and unity. When we listen to one another, we grow together—and that’s how we continue to improve patient care and touch lives far beyond our own.
