The OT Compact is now officially issuing privileges to practice in Ohio, Minnesota, and West Virginia — marking a major milestone for mobility and career flexibility!

This means that OTs and COTAs who hold an active license in one of these member states can apply for a compact privilege to practice in the other member states, cutting down on multiple full licensure processes and streamlining the path to working across state lines.
