Last month, we gathered in person for our company meeting, and one of the most meaningful parts of the day was our peer-led Voice of the Associate round table discussions—an idea brought to life by our President, Bobbi Henson, and Executive VP of Human Resources, Nancy Rudella.

Every team member had the chance to share, listen, and connect in a way that reminded us why our culture is so special. These conversations weren’t just about strategy—they were about lifting each other up, finding new ways to collaborate, and making sure every voice was heard.

It was energizing to step away from our daily routines, spend time face-to-face with coworkers, and walk away with a stronger sense of purpose and unity. When we listen to one another, we grow together—and that’s how we continue to improve patient care and touch lives far beyond our own.

Over the past few weeks, our teams at Jackson Therapy Partners, Jackson HealthPros, Jackson PharmacyPros, and Jackson Nurse Professionals came together for something close to our hearts—making back-to-school season a little brighter for the kids at Great Oaks Village.⁠

Great Oaks is a residential foster care home for children who’ve experienced some incredibly tough situations. And while we can’t change their past, we can show up for their future. So, we did just that—collecting backpacks, school supplies, headphones, and personal care items to help them start the year with confidence.⁠

Putting “Others First” is more than a company value—it’s something we truly believe in. And it was amazing to see our Jackson family come together to support these kids with so much heart.⁠

Pennsylvania is now officially active in the PT Compact, becoming the 35th member state to streamline multistate licensure.

That means faster, easier access to practice in participating states—without the usual paperwork and delays. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or just getting started in travel therapy, the PT Compact opens doors to more flexible, efficient mobility across state lines.

🌍 Even more good news: Maine is set to become active on January 1, 2026—bringing even more opportunities for therapists to grow their careers while exploring new communities.
