Toya began her career as a Medical Aesthetician in 2003. Passionate about skincare but wanting to provide natural and holistic treatments she began her Ayurveda studies in 2006. In 2007, she studied and trained in Faridabad, India. She opened Ayurbeauty Wellness Center in 2008. Toya is fully committed to spreading the beauty and wisdom of Ayurveda to the world community and changing the lives of all for the better. She openly uses Ayurvbeauty Wellness Center as a haven for Ayurvedic consultations, seminars, classes, workshops and training including nutrition, meditation, reiki, yoga, family constellations, biodanza, essential oils, life coaching, and holistic therapies. Toya is an Author, Speaker, Ayurvedic Aesthetician, Ayurvedic Consultant, Certified Marma Therapy, Certified Ayurvedic Pulse Reading, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Aroma Touch Technique, Reiki Practitioner, and graduate of Naturopathy Ayurveda from the Indoamerican School of Ayurvedic Medicine & Vastu. From the deepest place in my heart, I want to take a moment to share an honest update with you.

My intention was to reopen our doors before May 1st… to return, to rebuild, and to welcome you back into our space of healing. However, life has brought unexpected delays and circumstances beyond my control, and with a heavy but clear heart, I’ve had to shift that timeline.

At this moment, the building where Ayurbeauty once lived will not be restored anytime soon. And instead of waiting in uncertainty, I am choosing to redirect my energy into something that feels deeply aligned with my purpose…

A sacred space dedicated to deep healing, purification, and transformation through Ayurveda.

Some seasons don’t just change us… they refine us.

They stretch us. They test our faith.

The journey of rebuilding and reorganizing Ayurbeauty — and making sense of what happened — has been heavier and more complex than I ever imagined.

Rebuilding isn’t just about restoring a physical space. It’s about restoring vision, structure, energy, and strength — from the inside out.

These past weeks have been filled with deep reflection, prayer, and quiet processing.

There have been moments when resources feel scarce — honestly, even frightening at times.
I’ve had to allow myself to grieve, to feel discouraged, and to sit with uncertainty instead of rushing past it. And while I’m still walking through this chapter, I’m no longer in the same emotional place I was at the beginning.

Somewhere in the middle of all of this, something shifted in me.
I realized… I didn’t lose everything.

What was lost was a physical space.
But I did not lose my years of studying Ayurveda.
I did not lose my travels to India, where I immersed myself in the depth and beauty of this science of life.
I did not lose the discipline, the training, the mentorship, or the lived experience.
And I certainly did not lose my love for this practice.

The more I pray, the more I see that the tools I need for this season were given to me years ago.

Knowledge rooted in purpose doesn’t disappear.
A calling grounded in service doesn’t burn away. It stays.

Today, I feel a bit steadier. Clearer. Stronger — in a quiet, grounded way.

From this place — with humility, faith, and intention — *I’m reopening space for in-home, personalized Ayurvedic consultations.*

These sessions are thoughtful and deeply individualized. We explore your unique constitution, current imbalances, digestion, energy, sleep, emotional patterns, and daily rhythms. From there, I offer practical, personalized guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, breathwork, and sustainable habits to help restore balance at the root.

I’m also happy to share that consultations can be offered in Spanish, English, Italian (which I studied a few years ago), and even Portuguese, which I’m currently learning.

In moments of deep change, life invites us into resilience, stillness, and conscious pause — not to escape, but to hold what is happening with presence and trust, and allow transformation to take place.

This is exactly where I am right now: learning to breathe through uncertainty and to trust that even when something seems to stop, life is quietly preparing new paths.

As many of you know, I have always been financially resourceful and independent, supporting myself and my daughter for many years in this country. Accepting financial help has not been easy for me, and I’ve had to recognize how much my ego plays a role in that. This season is teaching me vulnerability, humility, and deep gratitude — allowing myself to receive the support of the same community I have loved and served for so long.

💙From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has called, written, checked in, and offered support and donations. I will be eternally grateful to those who continue sharing the link, and to those who feel called to donate whatever comes from their hearts — I will be forever grateful. Now that the insurance has notified me that it will cover only a very small fraction of the value of the things in Ayurbeauty, your support means even more, and I admit it has left me worried and sad💙.

2025 brought big shifts for many of us: goodbyes, closures, letting go of people and friendships, and making changes in our lives to see relationships, friendships, and projects in a new light. As we step into 2026, I feel we are standing before new horizons, even if we cannot yet see the full map. Sometimes we are only shown the next step… and that is enough.
