Standing in a room full of students, talking about stress, pressure, and identity… and then taking this picture after, it stayed with me.

Because moments like this are a reminder: What you pour into others… has a way of pouring back into you.

So many of these students are navigating pressure, expectations, and uncertainty. And yet, they showed up open, engaged, and willing to reflect.

That’s what makes the difference.

Not having everything figured out…
but being willing to pause, reflect, and grow.

Grateful for the opportunity to create space for real conversations like this.

I walked away with a deeper sense of purpose and a reminder of why this work matters.

This weekend in New York at the Teach Me How To Heal Conference meant more to me than I can fully put into words.

Standing alongside my mentor and my business coach made it even more meaningful.

These two women have truly helped guide my path.They’ve challenged me, supported me, and reminded me who I am in moments I needed it most.

To be able to share space with them, learn from them, and lead alongside them… that’s something I don’t take lightly.

I’m leaving re-energized, refreshed, and deeply grounded in my purpose.
