Great weather and lots of smiles kept the BrightStart crew busy at the 2025 Make ‘m Smile event on Saturday May 3rd.

Nathaniel’s Hope sponsors this annual event that has grown to take over Lake Eola for the first Saturday in May. With an estimated 40,000 attendees, it’s great to see how many of our BrightStart friends found us!

The 23rd Annual Make ‘m Smile Festival is just about here!

On Saturday May 3rd the big event will be at Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. BrightStart Pediatrics will of course be there - we hope you will, too!

The Make ‘m Smile event celebrates kids and adults with all types of special needs.

This free event is terrific fun and it’s happening rain or shine. You do need to register - just call or visit Nathaniel’s Hope online.

Summer of Nursing, Therapy & Love Begins

Here it is April, and while there may not be any showers to speak of in Central Florida, there is plenty of nursing therapy and love showering down on BrightStart patients.

The Winter Garden center started the week with a visit from Dr. Rute Cardosa from AdventHealth. This was Dr. Cardosa’s first introduction to PPEC and she was quick to make friends.

Baby Shower Starts New Chapter

BrightStart was a proud sponsor for the Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County’s first annual baby shower on April 5th.

This year’s theme, "Starting a New Chapter”, was a perfect fit for the outreach to educate women and families about the importance of early prenatal care and the developmental stages of infants.

Thanks to everyone at the Coalition and to all the new friends made at the event!
