November is National Family Caregivers Month, and we want to honor the autism families and dedicated caregivers who give so much of themselves. 

Behind every autistic child, teen, or adult is a caregiver carrying an entire world on their shoulders, often quietly, tirelessly, and without the respite they deserve.

This month, we honor you: the parents, siblings, grandparents, and loved ones who show up with courage, compassion, and unconditional love every single day.

The autism society of Florida was excited to participate in a phenomenal event at the Fort Lauderdale Swimming Hall of Fame called Dive Into Purpose. Nearly everyone in the crowd personally knew someone with autism and many understood the dilemma that our community faces when it comes to drowning prevention. We were honored to be included with stellar members of the community to discuss efforts to save children from drowning.
