🌱 Grace Medical Home is planting seeds of change! With support from Florida Blue Foundation, we’ve launched a 4-year Culinary Medicine program to fight food insecurity and chronic disease. Patients will receive food prescriptions, healthy groceries, and cooking classes in our teaching kitchen.
