I usually share my work here but today, I am sharing something else. After my dad passed away last year, we got my parent's wedding bands and mom's solitaire engagement ring. I sent up to my cousin (whose father made the engagement ring and my wedding rings too). We sent a pic of an idea. So posting that pic and then the video of what he made. Enjoy!

Hello! (pic of a little rug I bought my daughter who has a black cat for Halloween just because it's so cute)

A couple housekeeping things:

1. The schedule. So I have been asking for people to schedule ahead, and the good news is…they are! What this means is my dance card is pretty full. I currently have some availability the week of Nov 17th and don't forget I am taking off a week mid-December. I do have some scheduled the first half of next year already and a couple in 2027 too!

2. Emails. So I have been running into email issues and am going to request going forward that you put your book title in the subject line. If you are working with me with multiple authors, please include the author's name as well. And requests for dates in a separate email. It’s hard for me to find stuff in all the threads.

I know it's hard for some to schedule ahead and are used to me fitting them in and I will continue to do what I can. Please remember, it's only me, I am only one person. I have been attempting to take Sundays off and have been unsuccessful most of the time...LOL. I am, of course, happy to be busy and would rather have a lot than not enough!

Sometime this summer, I hit 12 years of formatting. Not sure of exact date or how many books. I used to be good about posting them to Pinterest so I knew count but somewhere along the way, I fell behind. I think somewhere over 2K though.

A lot of changes over the years. Many many authors. Some stayed with me, some didn't. And some started working with publishers. Which is so very cool, walking into a bookstore and seeing a book on a shelf by an author I worked with. Sometimes it was a book I had done but the publisher had redone it. Some new books.

I also see posts of these authors in the stores with their books, realizing their dream.

But I recently got to see one of mine, in Target. I've seen mine in indie stores before but not in Target. Opening the book and seeing my business name on the copyright. :)

The author is . She began publishing with Bloom and they use my files. ;)
