How do we work? Once you have your script from the ordering physician, you simply call to schedule your apptment with our office. Keep in mind to allow at min 3-5 days before your next Dr appointment, as most routine test are completed within that timeframe. However, some test require more analytical time and thus we recommend that patients schedule 2 weeks in advance. A copy of your order must be faxed,mailed, or emailed to our scheduler by you or from your Dr office prior to your appointment. This is important to note as we have to verify any special specimen handling and processing. It also aides in preventing errors and ensures that we deliver optimal care and customer service along with on time result delivery. How are results received? Once your specimen is delivered for processing at the laboratory. Results are available within 2-3 days. Your doctors office will contact you with results. Our list of services include

What are the costs? Our fee-for-service includes Collection of specimen by a licensed, skilled and courteous phlebotomist. Safe transport to the laboratory of their choice for processing while maintaining specimen integrity. For those patients who experience constant mobility dfficulties or are bed/homebound, we provide as less expensive and more personal option to costly on emergency/shuttle services who on average cost between $75-$125
The Basic Lab Service fee is $20 for services within a 10 mile radius from downtown Orlando, $ .40 cents addtl. Per mile thereafter. For more specialized testing such as Medical Research Kits, STAT Labs,Reference Labs our fee ranges from $45-$65 respectively
What are our forms of payment? Mobile Labs Express accepts cash, check, visa and mastercardfor our services. Payment in full is collected at time of service. We will collect your insurance information as it is needed to transport your specimen to their contracted lab of choice. As for my Bio....I am a skilled phlebotomist with 4 plus years of working with the most challenging of patients. Geriatric, Pediatric, Cancer, Hospice and Bed Bound. I have trained over 100 phlebotomy and nursing students who have completed their clinical rotations. I am certified in clinical processing and handling.
