Our partners over at the Christian Service Center are hosting a 10-Hour-Live Fundraiser TODAY, the LAST NIGHT Initiative to help raise $500,000 to help our homeless neighbors find permanent housing.

Looking for a way to give back this holiday season☃️? OBFH's Outreach Team is conducting a winter donation drive until November 30th, collecting new blankets and gloves to help our homeless neighbors stay warm this winter! ❄️

If you'd like to donate, you can make a drop off at our Ivey Lane center at 4426 Old Winter Garden Rd, Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Only NEW blankets and gloves will be accepted. Used or gently used items will NOT be accepted.

Remember, each donation means another person kept warm this winter!

This week, our president and CEO, Bakari F. Burns was present to receive an incredibly generous grant award from Orlando Health, in support of Orange Blossom Family Health's Care Coordination Project, through their Community Grants Program🧡.

This project will enhance our current care coordination services; improve delivery of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screenings to OBFH patients; provide additional SDOH supports for medically underserved and/or low-income patients; offer transportation assistance for health appointments, especially for OBFH patients who have limited mobility; and enhance translation services within care coordination activities for patients better served in a language other than English.

Thank you, Orlando Health, for being an amazing community partner and for your continued collaboration as we seek to improve health outcomes for our patients, and congratulations to all of the incredible organizations that were award recipients as well.

Winter is approaching quickly and the OBFH Outreach Team is committed to helping our unhoused neighbors stay warm this winter!

Join us in our efforts by donating blankets and gloves that we will be given out to the homeless population. We are only accepting NEW blankets and gloves ONLY. No used or gently used items will be accepted.

Donations can be made throughout the entire month of November:

As 🎀Breast Cancer Awareness Month🎀 comes to a close, we had the honor of sitting down with our very own, Micko Corbin, our HIV Prevention Program manager, to hear her own breast cancer survivor story.

Micko's story resonates with so many women, and it is important to ensure that women are prioritizing their breast health, and receiving the support they need.

To the women in our community who have fought and won, or may still be fighting, we stand with you and you are not alone.

Orange Blossom Family Health first opened its doors in 2006 as a caring service of Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc. Our multi-disciplinary approach to care integrates primary medical care, oral health, vision, behavioral health and substance use, and pharmacy services.

In 2013, Orange Blossom Family Health opened its first satellite health center at United Against Poverty, and since that time has opened 5 additional satellite offices in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. In 2017, Orange Blossom Family Health opened its first pediatric health center, Orange Blossom Pediatrics, in the downtown Parramore community.

The mission of Orange Blossom Family Health is to provide quality health care services that improves the lives of medically indigent people in our community. We provide quality, affordable health care services that are accessible to everyone regardless of their ethnicity, socio-economic status, or ability to pay.
