What an incredible experience collaborating with Brie for our Sound Healing and Reiki event at Meredith Sand Design Studio and Gallery this past Sunday, October 19th!

​It was our first time teaming up, and Brie absolutely filled the space with beautiful energy, offering a powerful sound healing session, including singing with her amazing voice. Everyone received both an individual and a collective reiki session offered by Antoinette (me!)

​We were completely sold out, and even had two wonderful children over the age of eight join us!

Thank you to everyone who came and shared this special moment. ​We're already so excited to do this again soon! ✨

I am excited to announce that I now have a location once a week, in Downtown Orlando!

Appointments are available at this location every Tuesday from noon to 5 pm.

I am also hosting a Reiki Circle every Tuesday at 6 pm where you can experience the healing power of Reiki in a group setting for $15.

I am so thankful for everyone that came yesterday to Manifest Your Dreams event!

This was such a pivotal event for me, stepping from student to teacher for the first time.

Thank you Amber for all your support and guidance to put this together with you.

We started with breathwork by Amber and I lead a guided meditation. We both assisted with helping everyone get into their feelings to create their vision for 2022. The night was complete by me activating all vision boards with reiki energy.

I honor everyone who showed up for themselves, may all your dreams come true.

This workshop includes a commUNITY fire, drumming to share our personal rhythms and vibrations with one another, releasing & intention setting, an outdoor sound bath on yoga mats to assist with grounding to Mother Earth with 2 practitioners facilitating, Syzygy LLC - Sound Healing, Meditation, & Yoga and reiki performed by AWAK3mindbodysoul
