Meet Dax 🐾🐕‍🦺
Our certified working therapy dog & cuddliest member of the studio flock family. Dax is 2 years old, a true Scorpio, and a rescue who was born in a shelter in Texas. His journey led him to adoption, then complete his training at , and now he’s here doing what he does best—bringing calm, comfort, and a little extra joy to your visits.
He’s a big fan of swimming, kids (especially kids!), scritches n pets, cheese, and the quiet solitude of his crate when he needs to recharge.
To be clear- Dax is a working therapy dog (not a service dog), and he’s always alongside his handler—his mom, Katie, our studio owner or Auntie Jenna, also a local artist and trainer/walker.
If you’d ever like to meet him, just ask—we’re happy to introduce to our best good boy.

10 Class yoga packs allow you to use your classes as you go. They are good for 4 months. You can purchase online and start whenever you are ready. No ones ever really ready for anything but we’re trying to enjoy the rest of April and won’t you come join us

Brooke is our longest tenured teacher working every day for 9 years. She has grown up here, gotten married, built a powerful business and now is about to have a baby peacock. This has been an incredibly joyful season in our space as the next generation of great birds are arriving. You can catch her back in the fall. But we haven’t spent more than 2 weeks apart in 9 years so🥹 babywatch2026 begins. Go Mama Go! And shout out to all her clients and friends at also eager to see this kid and welcome her back when she’s ready.

Step into the world of Ashtanga with this beginner-friendly workshop led by Maureen Dinkins (she/her) our resident expert-guide. In this 2-hour session, you’ll learn the foundations of the practice at a supportive, approachable pace—no experience needed.

Doors open at 10:30am. Bring curiousity, a mat, water, and a towel, and come ready to move, breathe, and build confidence as you explore the Primary Series.
