Invested Health Center is looking for an experienced Senior Medical Front Desk Representative to help oversee front desk operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

This is more than a typical front desk role—you’ll take ownership of front office performance and play a key role in:
✔ Managing patient flow and optimizing scheduling
✔ Verifying insurance and guiding patients on financial responsibility
✔ Helping build and improve front office workflows as we grow

We’re looking for someone with hands-on Athena EHR experience, strong insurance knowledge, and a passion for patient-centered care.
