Due to the generosity of past and current donors, we have directed $11.6 million in funds this past year to support a wide array of resident programs, team member scholarships, as well as community enhancement and capital projects.

The last splash of summer is here! ☀️ We're celebrating the unofficial end of the season and all the joyful moments it brought to our communities. From Tallahassee to Bradenton, residents have been busy soaking up the Florida sun and staying active.

Whether it was beach visits, seaside dining, sailing adventures, fishing, or friendly games of pool volleyball, we loved seeing everyone enjoy happy, healthy living.

Collaboration in action! 🌱

Today, Vice President of Resident Experience Mario DeLuca, Vice President of Healthy Aging and Longevity Kelly Stranburg, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing Cheryl Crooks joined Westminster Winter Park team members and residents to tour 4Roots.

This innovative campus focuses on promoting regenerative farming, education in food and agriculture, health and wellness, and sustainability, all while tackling food insecurity in Central Florida.

We’re excited about the possibilities ahead—exploring partnership opportunities and opening the door to meaningful volunteer roles for our communities!

Today, we're celebrating part of what makes our organization special: our not-for-profit status. This unique structure means every decision we make is guided by a commitment to our residents, not shareholders.

Instead, we channel financial gains into enhancing resident services, upgrading our communities, introducing innovative well-being programs, and supporting team member training.

"Westminster's not-for-profit status amplifies this impact, allowing more resources to stay local—funding community improvements, resident assistance programs, and initiatives that promote dignity, engagement, and independence," Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Martens said. "The result is a cycle where financial strength translates into higher quality of care, stronger community connections, and a sustained commitment to mission over profit."

Residents and team members at Westminster communities across Florida from Bradenton to Winter Park have been busy showing what it means to live with purpose by supporting local students and teachers as they head .

Seeing them work together to host and support back-to-school drives, fill bags with supplies, and write notes of encouragement is a powerful reminder of how our communities give back. We're proud to help give kids and teachers in our local communities a strong start to the new school year. 🎒✏️
